Hey guys! My family and I took a road trip to Mammoth this weekend for my dad’s birthday and so far it’s been great! We have come here to stay at Juniper Springs Resort for years to celebrate and it has never disappointed. My sisters and I drove separately this year, which was fun. I was (and still am) so excited to be able to blog up here in Mammoth and share with all of you the beautiful scenery!! My sister and I couldn’t wait long and as soon as we opened our suitcases we were dressing for our first blog shoot haha! In the middle of us taking photos, it started to hail/snow so hard and it was freezing, but so much fun! It’s definitely a change in weather from where we came from… we seem to never get a break from dry hot weather. I love love love the cold, so I fit right in here! I hope you like this casual look I created for cold days! I am so very sad that my favorite pair of boyfriend jeans from Banana Republic are starting to tear open in the distressing 🙁 , I was sure they’d last forever! I’m not a huge fan of really big holes in jeans, but I will have to hold onto these just because I love them that much. What is your favorite pair of boyfriend jeans? Let me know below! I found my J. Crew vest at the outlets in Cabezon last year and love it! It’s real down feather, so it keeps me so warm. I’m not the biggest fan of beanies, but this one I loved from Express so much last winter that my sister bought it for me as a Christmas gift… I love the gold sequins that are sewn into it! You can find lace up flats basically everywhere lately, I found my pair at TJ Maxx for so cheap!! Love great deals like that! Well, I am looking forward to taking more photos tomorrow! I have a really fun snow jacket I bought last winter that I haven’t had a chance to wear… so I am excited to finally create a look using it this weekend… that should be up on the blog next so check back! Plus, I’d love to showcase the beautiful snow covered mountains in the next post, they’re breathtaking!
I know summer is around the corner, but I linked some of my favorite beanies below for your next skii trip… Check them out!
