Hey guys! Today I wanted to share with you a subscription service I was recently introduced to called Stitch Fix. Stitch Fix is a personal styling service that is tailored to your individual style and budget and it is perfect for ladies on the go! If you aren’t clear on how it works yet, let me spell it out for you! First, you’ll sign up on Stitch Fix’s website where you can fill out your style profile and include any links (instagram, pinterest, etc.) you think represent your style. Then, you will schedule your fix and will be assigned your own personal stylist. You can then write your stylist to mention any upcoming events you need items for, any specific piece you want (from clothing items, shoes, to jewelry), or even just to say hi! Once your fix is styled, boxed and shipped you will be charged $2o, which you can use towards the purchase of any item in your fix. When your fix is delivered, you’ll find an invoice with all of the prices of each item in your box as well as style cards for some inspiration. Try each item on and then decide which you want to keep and which you want to send back. I think one of the coolest things about Stitch Fix is that it allows you to try your items on with anything in your own closet, in the comfort of your own home! You have three days to decide what you want to keep and what you want to give back and if you purchase all five items, you’ll get 25% off your entire purchase. Each fix you schedule will be better than the last, since your stylist will grow to know you and your taste. I was so excited to get my Stitch Fix in the mail and I want to share my experience with you! The one specific thing I asked for in my fix was a pair of Soludos, which I was sent (they are the espadrilles pictured above). I love love love them! I do have some advice for you about ordering your first fix, too. I think you should definitely be specific! It will help a ton, especially when you are first getting to know your stylist. Tell her what you are comfortable spending and even include your dislikes to help narrow down her search and make it easier for the both of you. I think Stitch Fix is a really fun idea, especially if you are a busy mom or a working woman who doesn’t have a lot of time to do shopping in store (or even online). It’s also fun if you have a special occasion and you are looking for something specific but don’t want to do the searching yourself. If you have more questions about Stitch Fix, don’t hesitate to ask in the comments! Or, check out Stitch Fix’s FAQ page.
